Many of our products come in multiple variants based on technical specifications, application requirements, voltage ratings, current capacity, pole configurations, control voltages, contact types, and more.

To assist you in choosing the right variant for your needs, we provide detailed specification sheets, datasheets,  and selection guides under each product page. Please refer to these resources carefully before placing your order.

Once an order is confirmed, we cannot change or swap product variants due to compatibility and project-specific requirements.

Delivery & Shipping

We currently offer local delivery only within the United Arab Emirates.

• Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping costs may vary based on the delivery location and will be calculated at checkout.
• Customs & Import Duties: Not applicable for local deliveries.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email or message with tracking details or delivery confirmation.

While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions or local holidays.

Product Display & Availability

All product listings on our website are subject to availability and stock levels.

We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding product specifications, images, technical features, and model numbers. However, slight variations may occur due to:

• Manufacturer updates or revisions
• Batch differences in labeling or packaging
• Differences in how screens and devices display images and colors

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, our team will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or process a refund.

Return & Refund Policy

• Once the material is received, it will be checked and approved based on inspection report and ensured that it is in the same condition as delivered to the customer. Upon verification, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used during the purchase.
• Replacements (if applicable) will be dispatched within 10 business days. Return shipping costs are covered by us.

Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability for any damages related to an order shall be limited to the amount paid for that specific order, unless otherwise required by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising out of your breach of these terms or any applicable laws.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control including, but not limited to:
Natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor strikes, pandemics, lockdowns, transport disruptions, and government restrictions.

In such cases, obligations are paused and will resume once the situation allows. We may also provide alternate solutions where feasible.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
